Full-time, Non-Exempt Position
Shift: 3PM- 11PM
Location – Syracuse, NY
Van Duyn is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Evening Supervisor (RN) to join our dynamic team! This role is responsible for supervision of ancillary nursing personnel, clinical operations, and address needs of residents during the evening shift. to oversee clinical operations during the evening shift at our skilled nursing facility. The supervisor will provide leadership to nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, support staff with clinical decision-making, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. This position is supervised by the Director of Nursing.
Education & Experience:
Registered Nurse (RN) active license (required)
CPR certification (required)
Experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation, long-term care or related healthcare setting (recommended)
Knowledge of theory, practice and principles of clinical care (recommended)
Knowledge of CMS guidelines and DOH reporting and investigation standards (recommended)
