What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a Customer Quality Specialist, delivering insights on food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality programs while advocating for customer needs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain technical product specifications and customer quality profiles across product lines.
  • Respond to customer quality, regulatory, and food safety inquiries with timely, accurate, and professional communication.
  • Coordinate customer requirements across internal departments, supply chains, and processing facilities to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
  • Lead or support audits, questionnaires, investigations, and change management activities related to customer quality requirements.
  • Manage complex quality projects, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to Customer Quality leadership efforts.


What You’ll Bring

  • Three or more years of experience in a team leadership role.
  • Three or more years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing within agriculture, food manufacturing, or dietary supplements.
  • Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations and food safety standards, including CFR 110/111, HACCP, FSMA, FSVP, and GFSI.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems a plus.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods while using a keyboard and handling documents.
  • Sufficient vision, hearing, and verbal communication abilities to work effectively in person and through virtual technology.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Primarily an indoor office environment with occasional exposure to office noise.
