What You’ll Do
- Serve as a Customer Quality Specialist, delivering insights on food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality programs while advocating for customer needs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain technical product specifications and customer quality profiles across product lines.
- Respond to customer quality, regulatory, and food safety inquiries with timely, accurate, and professional communication.
- Coordinate customer requirements across internal departments, supply chains, and processing facilities to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Lead or support audits, questionnaires, investigations, and change management activities related to customer quality requirements.
- Manage complex quality projects, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to Customer Quality leadership efforts.
What You’ll Bring
- Three or more years of experience in a team leadership role.
- Three or more years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing within agriculture, food manufacturing, or dietary supplements.
- Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations and food safety standards, including CFR 110/111, HACCP, FSMA, FSVP, and GFSI.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems a plus.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods while using a keyboard and handling documents.
- Sufficient vision, hearing, and verbal communication abilities to work effectively in person and through virtual technology.

- Primarily an indoor office environment with occasional exposure to office noise.
