What You’ll Do
- Support a close-knit Chicago Loop-based Legal team that handles the company’s legal, regulatory, and intellectual property matters and sits at the center of many of FutureCeuticals’ most important business objectives.
- Assist with discrete legal projects and initiatives, including contracts, corporate records, correspondence, and regulatory submissions (domestic and international).
- Manage legal records, templates, policies, and confidential documentation.
- Support administration of our automated contract lifecycle system (Ironclad), including intake, routing, approvals, and archiving.
- Compile and organize departmental data related to department functions, including budgets and expenses.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience supporting attorneys/legal departments in a paralegal or legal support role.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership over projects, identify issues, and problem-solve, with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
- Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and play a key role within a dynamic, team-based environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
