Responsibilities:
- Greet Service Customer’s and get them properly checked in.
- Process all paper work per process and procedure to insure proper billing.
- Follow up with customers to keep them informed on progress of repairs or parts on order
- Work with and communicate with Service team to ensure a smooth daily service operation
- Book Service appointments – balancing the flow of new appts, return for parts and PDI’s
- Maintain incoming parts for repair and in stock parts organizations
- Keep updated on training as made available
- Maintain company policy and procedure.
- Assist sales staff in providing accessories to their customers
- Provide product knowledge and customer service for our retail store
- Performs duties as Warranty Administrator with high attention to detail at a leading RV sales and service company.
- Receives, scans, and submits warranty work orders for pre authorizations to the prospective manufacturer via manufacturer portals.
- Maintains constant effective communication between service department and manufacturers. To include updating work orders on authorized labor and parts or feedback requests and communicating those requests through the proper personnel.
- Responsible for receiving closed warranty work orders and processing for claim submission. Verifying proper labor, parts and freight within the work to the manufacturer claim.
- Accurately performs all warranty Accounts Receivable functions within the warranty department. Including all aged unclaimed work orders as well as aged claimed work order reports. Responsible for providing offsets as needed for warranty claim payments by multiple manufacturers in the RV community. Maintains communication with manufacturers on any claim discrepancies or feedback.
- Maintains a strong working relationship with manufacturers service center advisors throughout the country.
- Valid driver license with good driving record required.
- Previous experience in RV, motorhome, automotive, or other related fields a plus
- Experience with scheduling a plus
- Pay is based on a structure that takes into account an individual’s experience. **
