About the Role
This full-time position supports technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts by providing accurate parts information, processing orders, and delivering top-tier service. The ideal candidate is confident using Windows-based programs, email, and dealership management systems to keep communication and workflow running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians, retail, and wholesale customers with accurate parts lookup and pricing
- Communicate effectively via email, phone, and in person to ensure timely service
- Process internal, retail, and wholesale parts orders quickly and accurately
- Maintain inventory records, and keep your area clean & organized
- Coordinate with advisors, technicians, and dispatcher for efficient parts delivery
- Support eCommerce order processing and communications
- Stay up-to-date on GM parts cataloging, promotions, and systems training
- Provide a friendly, compassionate, and helpful experience to every customer
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of automotive parts experience minimum.
- Proficiency with Windows-based software, email, and DMS platforms (CDK / GlobalConnect preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
