Van Buren County Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Medical/Surgical team.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and personal care
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
Required
- Current Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Mandatory Reporter Training
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain per hospital requirements)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
