ERP Analyst/Specialist Van Bortel Aircraft INC
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP Analyst/Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems and solutions that support our organizational objectives. This role requires a strong foundation in system architecture, solution design, and business technology integration. The ERP Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and optimize performance across various platforms and technologies, including Excel, Airtable, Power BI or Tableau, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Flow.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain system architectures aligned with business needs, including service-oriented architecture (SOA) and microservices frameworks.
- Design, implement, and optimize ETL processes for data integration and management.
- Perform system administration tasks including system design documentation, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth integration across ERP systems, databases, and business intelligence platforms.
- Utilize tools such as Excel, Airtable, Power BI or Tableau, and Zoho CRM/Zoho Flow for reporting, workflow automation, and data visualization.
- Support process improvements through automation, analytics, and efficient data management practices.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as an ERP Analyst/Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technology field; advanced certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture, and system design principles.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server; proficiency in SQL/PLSQL required.
- Strong skills in Excel, Airtable, Power BI or Tableau, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Flow.
- Solid understanding of Information Technology systems and how they support organizational operations.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment with excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
