This maintenance position plays a key role in ensuring uptime across our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of equipment, including stamping presses, CNC machinery, and fabrication systems. The role also includes facility maintenance, supporting HVAC, compressed air systems, and general infrastructure across both St. Joseph locations.
Work Schedule – 4-Day Work Week Option

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
- Respond quickly to equipment failures to support manufacturing production flow
- Maintain facility systems including HVAC, lighting, and infrastructure
- Document all maintenance activities and ensure accurate records
- Support installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve reliability
- Identify and implement improvements to maintenance processes
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and documentation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license required
- Technical or trade school training preferred
This maintenance role requires a high level of accountability and responsiveness in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will work directly on the shop floor, supporting critical equipment and ensuring our manufacturing operations continue without disruption.
