We're currently looking for a skilled Machinist to join our day shift team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong machining background and experience operating both manual and CNC machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up machines, fabricating precision parts, and performing inspections to ensure product quality. Problem-solving ability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail are essential.
To be considered for this position, candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or completion of a machining apprenticeship is preferred. Previous experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment is required, along with proficiency in blueprint reading and measuring tools. Candidates should be comfortable with both manual and CNC machining techniques and be capable of working independently or as part of a team. A commitment to safety, quality, and clear communication is essential.
