Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Field Sales Associate located in Winchester, Virginia. Responsibilities include serving customers at the sales counter, providing product recommendations, processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include organizing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting in promoting VAMAC's products and services. Strong product knowledge and excellent customer service will be core to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with customer service and the ability to professionally interact with customers
- Knowledge of plumbing, well, or septic products and experience with inventory management is preferred
- Proficient communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide product recommendations
- Experience with sales or handling retail transactions is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Teamwork-oriented and motivated to uphold a strong customer-focused culture
