What You’ll Do
- Lead daily showroom operations and ensure a premium customer experience
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
- Drive sales performance and hit monthly targets
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Oversee showroom merchandising, layout, and visual presentation
- Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth deliveries
- Track KPIs and report on sales performance
