Valvoline Instant Oil Change is currently looking for Assistant Managers
$20.00 to start $21.00 to start with a NY York State Inspectors license
Responsibilities:

- Under the direction of a Service Center Manager (SCM), an AM assists in various aspects of customer care, facility maintenance and merchandising activities
- Ensures equipment is in proper working order and housekeeping standards are being met
- Follows all policies / procedures related to point of sale (POS) transactions, inventory integrity, reverse logistics, cash, credit, checks, refunds and return policies
- Works with the management team to react to customer service issues, guest complaints, and / or business opportunities
- Drives sales goals for service center operation, through personal engagement with guests and by observing / coaching fellow team members on their customer interactions
- Assists in monitoring productivity, workflow and procedures with an emphasis on efficiency, thoroughness and safety in the service center
- Effectively communicates with all team members, management, and customers
- In the absence of any management, the AM will act as the primary supervisor for the service center, observing / coordinating operational activities
- Key holder responsible for basic and detailed opening / closing responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned
