Who We Are Looking For

The Service Solutions Specialist is a cross-functional role that supports both customer experience and technical execution while developing leadership capability. This role moves between upper bay and lower bay, learning all aspects of the operation and contributing wherever needed. You’ll be expected to take ownership, learn quickly, and begin thinking beyond the task in front of you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Guide customers through the service process and build trust
• Perform services across both upper bay and lower bay
• Support team operations wherever needed
• Learn vehicle systems, services, and preventative maintenance
• Assist in training and supporting newer team members
• Maintain shop standards for safety, quality, and efficiency
• Begin developing leadership skills through ownership and accountability

Experience & Requirements

• Previous management experience is helpful but not required
• Interest in leadership development strongly preferred
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
• Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
• Must be located near the job site - in person role

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Very heavy work - Exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or more than 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work. VALVOLINE cares about the health and safety of our Associates. Associates are expected to follow all safety procedures and perform their job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury.

Pay & Benefits:

• $40,000–$50,000/year Base Salary Bonus Potential
