Express Lube Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes swiftly while adhering to safety and quality standards Conduct basic vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brake conditions
• Assist with tire rotaions Support the team with fluid top-offs, battery checks, and light vehicle maintenance tasks
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and recommend additional maintenance when appropriate

Requirements

• Knowledge of automotive systems such as brakes, suspension, steering, and powertrain components, if no knowledge of said systems on the job training is available
• Familiarity with schematics, automotive electrical systems, and diagnostic tools is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret vehicle manuals, schematics, and technical instructions Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward helping customers understand their vehicle needs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ASE certifications or relevant technical training are a bonus

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
