Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative is the face of the operation and the driver of the customer experience. This role bridges the gap between the customer and the shop- guiding the conversation, explaining services, and keeping everything moving smoothly. You’ll be expected to communicate with confidence, stay engaged in the work, and step in wherever needed to support the team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process
• Ask the right questions and clearly explain recommended services
• Build trust through honest, straightforward communication
• Keep workflow moving between customer, upper bay, and lower bay
• Perform basic services and stay connected to the work being done
• Support team operations during busy shifts
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized environment

Experience & Requirements

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, not required
• Willingness to learn automotive services and terminology
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
• Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
• Must be located near the job site (This is an in-person role)

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Very heavy work - Exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or more than 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work. VALVOLINE cares about the health and safety of our Associates. Associates are expected to follow all safety procedures and perform their job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury.

Pay & Benefits

• $35,000–$40,000/year (approx. $16–$18/hr DOE bonus potential)
