How You’ll Make an Impact
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for securing new commercial accounts while managing an existing book of business (accounts with less than 50 fleet vehicles). New account growth is driven by warm calls (store leads) and cold calls to potential fleet customers for corporate and franchisee stores. The ISR is responsible for managing existing assigned accounts in assigned territories to ensure minimum levels of service penetration are achieved. This role will assist in Valvoline Instant Oil Change's new ground-up and acquired stores by generating new leads and converting leads to fleet accounts to help drive our OCPD. Lastly, this role will provide support to the overall Commercial Sales Team as needed. In the role, you would be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to warm leads generated by VIOC Fleet Lead Program. Supporting new VIOC store growth (ground up or acquisition) by making cold calls to potential and current local fleets. Converting leads to accounts to help increase conversion percentages.
- Monthly review of assigned accounts to ensure VIOC service penetration levels are achieved. Follow-up calls with fleet managers/owners for accounts under-penetrated to determine root cause and course of corrective actions.
- Inputting leads into Salesforce, assigning leads to the respective sales rep, logging activities and task follow-ups, and ensuring all appropriate fields are completed in CRM. Gathering credit applications and submit for approval via Winshuttle. Building fleet accounts in POS once the account number is granted.
- Assisting in other projects/management initiatives as needed (Heavy Duty / Medium Duty Sales Blitzes).
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service/inside sales
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.com
Excellent communication skills
