The direct ship packer will fulfill customer orders through picking and packing of filters, belts and wipers. Receive inbound deliveries. Use an RF scanners to perform inventory movements within the Company preferred ERP Systems.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Pick and prepare shipment
• Build individual orders containing multiple products and prepare for shipment
• Receive inbound freight and stage in designated storage locations.
• Move small to medium items using approved lift assist equipment
• Prepare shipping documentation using Company approved software programs.
• Housekeeping (remove plastic, cardboard, emptying trash and sweeping floors)
• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion
  
  

What You’ll Need

• High School Dipoloma or equivalent.
• Pick / pack experience in a line environment, RF scanner experience as well experience opening cartons, replenishing and picking product.
• Must have the ability to lift, carry up to 35 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs in frequently. This role also requires standing, squatting, reaching and walking between 8 - 12 hours per shift.
• Must be quality minded and have a strong attention to detail. In addition, this individual must have a strong sense of teamwork, a quick work pace and a friendly, outgoing demeanor capable of getting along well with co-workers and managers.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
