Job Title: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care across various settings. What you’ll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations to determine health status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical evaluations and patient needs.
- Administer medications, perform procedures such as suturing, and provide treatments including IV infusions and botulinum toxin treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in critical care settings, including emergency medicine and ICU environments.
- Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation and patient management.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance treatment protocols and patient care practices.
- Provide triage services to prioritize patient needs effectively in fast-paced environments.
Basic qualifications
- MSN-AGACNP required
- 2-3 years of critical care (ICU) RN or NP experience
- Nights
- Experience w/heart failure population
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $147,000.00 per year
