Warehouse Associate

We are a small, growing company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to help manage and perform daily warehouse operations.

Daily Responsibilities

• Pick and Pack Orders – Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
• Prepare and Palletize LTL Shipments – Build and wrap pallets securely for freight shipments; label and stage for carrier pickup.
• Unload Trucks – Receive inbound shipments, verify product counts, and inspect for damage.
• Operate Forklifts Safely – Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment (following all safety procedures).
• Relabel and Repackage Products – Rework, repackage, or relabel items as needed for customer requirements or inventory adjustments.
• Transfer Inventory Using Company Vehicle – Safely transport materials or finished goods between our local facilities or storage locations.
• Maintain Warehouse Organization – Keep aisles clear, products properly stored, and workspace clean and safe

Basic Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment .
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor safely.
• Clear mind and good math skills for counting packs and cases accurately.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to operate forklifts and other standard warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers) preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills preferred

Work Environment

• Full-time, on-site position in King of Prussia and Phoenixville locations.
• Physical role requiring regular standing, lifting, bending, and moving materials throughout the day.
• The warehouse is not air-conditioned, so candidates should be comfortable working in varying temperatures depending on the season.
• Safety, teamwork, and efficiency are core parts of our daily operations.
