Role Description The Inside Sales Representative (Showroom) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting showroom visitors, understanding their project needs, and recommending appropriate flooring products and solutions. Daily tasks include managing incoming inquiries, generating and following up on leads, preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate records within the sales system. The Inside Sales Representative collaborates with project managers and account managers to ensure orders are processed correctly, timelines are met, and customer expectations are clearly managed. This role also involves building relationships with builders and other repeat customers, supporting ongoing projects, and contributing to a positive, professional showroom environment.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including consultative selling and showroom-based customer engagement.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Experience in Lead Generation and follow-up, including managing inbound inquiries and proactively identifying new opportunities.
- Account Management skills to maintain client records, track project details, and support repeat business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site full time, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency with CRM or sales management software and common office applications.
- Experience in flooring, construction, or related building materials industries is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
