Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients by phone, email, or other forms of communication; may use scripts and lists of contacts to create interest in our products or services
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments, including the appointment time, venue or log in instructions, and client contact information
- Answer questions from potential clients to determine their interest in the product or service
- Arrange the dispatch of sales materials, record notes for follow-up action, update marketing databases, report issues to managers, and maintain statistics of calls made and successes achieved
