About the Role
This is a part-time, remote/hybrid position that serves the Central and Southeast regions of PA. Candidates must live near and be familiar with Berks, Montgomery, and Bucks counties - and travel to these areas on occasion.
We are seeking Supports Brokers to join our growing team across multiple Pennsylvania counties. This role supports people with disabilities and their families who choose to self‑direct their services.
Supports Brokers provide information, guidance, and technical assistance so individuals can access, organize, and use services and community resources that support a self‑determined life. The role is shaped by the priorities and goals of each person receiving brokerage services.
What You’ll Do
While each Supports Broker role is uniquely defined by the individual supported, responsibilities often include:
- Supporting best practices in employee and staff management
- Promoting and protecting civil and personal rights
- Working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Partnering with individuals and families to support meaningful planning
- Supporting responsible and effective use of public funding
What We’re Looking For
Qualified candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have at least one year of experience in a management role with human resources responsibilities or a degree in Human Resources
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Have reliable transportation

Successful Supports Brokers demonstrate the ability to:
- Work within a participative, shared‑leadership environment
- Self‑direct their work and manage responsibilities independently
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Apply basic employment law principles, self‑determination practices, and person‑centered thinking and planning
