Job Title: Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand workflows, gather requirements, and design custom solutions.
- Own end-to-end project delivery from discovery and prototyping to production deployment and optimization.
- Design and develop integrations, APIs, connectors, dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and support data migration activities.
- Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of deployed solutions.
- Conduct client workshops, user training sessions, and provide technical documentation.
- Partner with internal engineering and product teams to drive product improvements.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and support customer adoption initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Deployment Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in Solution Architecture and Design.
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience with APIs, integrations, automation, and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel (30%–60%) based on project requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Background in cloud platforms, infrastructure, data pipelines, or AI/ML solutions is a plus.
