About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Market Success Leader to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. This is a pure hunting role, focused on winning new logos, expanding market presence, and building strong executive relationships within the P&C Insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, pursue, and close new deals to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Drive new logo acquisition and expand footprint within assigned accounts.
- Build a strong pipeline across Tier 1 & Tier 2 insurance organizations.
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders through a consultative, solution-led approach.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles – from prospecting and positioning to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions and compelling proposals.
- Strengthen long-term relationships to enable sustained business growth.
Core Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in new business development / hunter roles within the Insurance domain.
- Strong track record selling into Tier 1 & Tier 2 insurance accounts.
- Expertise in consultative and solution selling with CXO engagement.
- Ability to break into new logos and build relationships from scratch.
- Demonstrates energy, curiosity, resilience, and executive presence.
Travel Requirement
- Willingness to travel 50% for client engagements and business development.
