Summary
Experienced Business Analyst with strong HR and Finance domain expertise and a broad understanding of ERP and enterprise applications. Responsible for requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into functional requirements across a portfolio of enterprise applications supporting HR, Finance, Procurement, Contract Management, Project Portfolio Management, and other corporate functions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, analysis, and documentation for support, enhancement, and project initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discovery sessions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Perform business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Conduct impact assessments and support solution design discussions.
- Collaborate with application SMEs, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support incident analysis, service requests, enhancements, and change requests across the application portfolio.
- Assist with testing activities, including test case review, UAT coordination, and business validation.
- Ensure requirements traceability, documentation quality, and adherence to established processes.
- Maintain application, process, and knowledge documentation.
- Support prioritization of business requests and alignment with organizational objectives.
Required Expertise
- HR business processes (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management) (or)
- Finance business processes (GL, AP, Procurement).
