Business Coordinator
ValueLink provides the industry-leading property appraisal management technology for Lenders, Appraisal Management Companies and Appraisers to easily manage and track orders in real time while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Description-
Opening for Business Coordinator to support our Account Managers with achieving sales goals and objectives.
Responsibilities-
- Responsible for researching and identifying contacts for new business opportunities.
- Reach out to contacts for potential B2B customers through cold calls, email and social media.
- Accurately maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of contacts
- Schedule meetings and software demonstrations with prospects.
- Develop product expertise to address customer inquiries, while staying informed about customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Possible travel to industry trade shows - 10%
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Hybrid work model – 3 days on-site
- Entry-level role with room for growth and development.
Qualifications-
Required:
- 1-2 years B2B Sales experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of LinkedIn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly motivated with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be local to Houston or willing to relocate to the area
Preferred:
- Prior experience in the Software industry
- Prior experience in the Mortgage and Appraisal Industry.
- Excellent technical skills and be comfortable with using new Web technologies
- Experience with Salesforce or relevant CRM.
