Therapist

Licensed Psychotherapist (Full Time and Part Time)

Valued Living Therapy and Wellness is seeking skilled licensed psychotherapists in the state of Illniois (LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) for full-time and part-time positions to work with individual adult clients in Illinois. We are looking for motivated candidates who are excited about helping others navigate mental health challenges in an action-oriented and holistic approach. Experience with evidence-based treatment models like CBT, ERP, ACT, EMDR is highly encouraged.

Therapist must be willing to maintain a client caseload of 25 per week for full-time or a client caseload of 10 per week for part-time. Hours are flexible and based upon therapist’s availability and matched clients’ needs. This is a remote/telehealth position so therapist must have a private space to conduct therapy services from with reliable internet.

Requirements:

• Experience in teaching/using evidence based treatment models like CBT, ACT, and ERP as well as mindfulness and holistic wellness practices
• Background inworking with clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression and adjustment to life transitions (career changes, job transitions, etc)
• Has at least one year direct clinical experience providing 1v1 therapy services to individuals
• Exhibits personal qualities, such as open-mindedness, enthusiasm, creativity and adaptability
• Is a self-starter and is comfortable working independently at a growing practice
• Possesses exceptional skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and communication
• This is a remote/telehealth position so candidate must have a private space to conduct therapy services from that has reliable internet
• Lives in Illinois (preferably Chicagoland area)

Responsibilities

• Provides psychotherapy services to adult individuals
• Schedules appointments with referred clientele and manages changes in scheduling directly with clients
• Provides clients with resources to support ongoing clinical work as appropriate
• Participates in individual and group supervision
• Submits clinical notes same day as sessions with clients using EHR platform
• Maintains updated licensure and CAQH attestation
