Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft SQR Developer for a long-term onsite W2 contract opportunity in Pasadena, CA. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on PeopleSoft technical expertise with deep knowledge of SQR development and PeopleTools.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SQR programs for PeopleSoft applications
- Work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; perform root cause analysis
- Optimize SQR and SQL queries for performance improvement
- Support enhancements, upgrades, patches, and integrations across PeopleSoft modules
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of PeopleSoft development experience
- Expertise in SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials and/or HCM environments
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
- Ability to perform independently in a fast-paced environment
