Service Technician

About The Role

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Service Field Technician for windows and doors to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-quality service support, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs and inspections in the field. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, product performance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete warranty and non-warranty repairs
• Perform adjustments, part replacements, measurements, and testing
• Prepare tools and materials before service visits
• Document all work and findings accurately
• Assess installation issues and communicate solutions
• Maintain service vehicle organization and cleanliness
• Operate lifts and work at heights safely
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Experience with hand and power tools as well as measurement devices
• Basic computer and mobile app proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Ability to lift and/or carry from 30–75 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) a plus
