Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, you will:
- Support the Store Manager and Supervisor in the daily operations of our store
- Lead by example, managing and motivating a team of 10-14 team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels and organization, ensuring the store is always well-presented.
- Liaise with head office and management on various business aspects and provide regular performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills/Experience:
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience in training and developing team members.
