Duties
- Actively promote our brand at events, retail locations, and community gatherings through engaging product demonstrations and interactive activities
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service and sharing the story behind our products
- Creating and maintaining relationships with Trade Partners IE realtors, property management, skilled trades, etc.
- Manage social media accounts by creating compelling content, sharing event updates, and fostering online engagement
- Collect valuable data during events to help refine marketing strategies and improve customer outreach efforts
- Conduct product demos that highlight key features and benefits to attract interest and generate sales opportunities
- Represent the brand confidently in public speaking engagements and community outreach programs
- Assist in planning and executing event marketing initiatives to maximize brand exposure and community involvement
- Closing out jobs, getting reviews, and being a referral machine
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or event marketing is highly desirable
- Strong data collection skills to track customer interactions and campaign results accurately
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
- Proven sales experience with a focus on customer engagement and persuasion
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident public speaking presence
- Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies to effectively promote products and services
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for representing brands authentically
