About the Role
We are looking for dependable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our KFC team as Shift Supervisors/Managers .
Our leaders play an important role in creating a positive guest experience, supporting team members, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance
- Lead the team and oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and help resolve guest concerns
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, including during stressful or busy situations
- Make sound decisions and solve problems quickly and professionally
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, safety, and overall restaurant standards
- Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and assist with daily administrative responsibilities
- Support inventory, cash handling, and other restaurant operations as needed
- Pay close attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed accurately
- Help create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

- Basic computer literacy
- Basic math skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in stressful situations

- Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience is preferred
