As a Visual Merchandiser, you will combine your creative talents with a business acumen to drive sales and enhance the in-store customer experience. Your role will focus on the execution of our Brand standards that will strategically and creatively convey displays that showcase our products, inspire customers, and elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Execution: Utilize our brand and marriage guides to maintain consistent standards that reflect our brand's image, messaging, and promotional goals.
Business Acumen: Review Best Sellers recap and develop merchandising strategies to help maximize sales with the assistance of their Market Visual Manager and Store Leaders.
Strategic Product Placement: Plan and execute layouts that optimize product visibility and adjacencies to create a seamless customer experience.
Prioritization and time management: Effectively manage multiple projects, balancing business objectives with creative execution. Meet deadlines and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Market Visual Managers, Visual team members, Store Leaders, Sales associates, and Warehouse personnel, to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Experience in product planning and visual merchandising, preferably in the furniture industry.

This role involves physical activity, including lifting, pushing, bending, reaching, moving, and arranging furniture. Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 34 per week
