Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are a plus, as well as experience with office management and clerical duties.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service standards
- Support office management tasks such as organizing files, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Perform clerical duties including typing, photocopying, and maintaining records with high attention to detail
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual communication skills are preferred to assist diverse clients and staff
- Experience with front desk operations, data entry, filing, and proofreading
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist procedures is a plus
- Personal assistant or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational abilities

Pay: $ $13.00 per hour
