Production & Assembly Technician Compensation:

- Consistent 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday schedule (with some overtime as needed)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely using tools and equipment to cut and assemble hydraulic hoses (and other products) according to production guidelines and customer specifications
- Wearing PPE, maintaining a neat work area, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and achieve company goals
- Complying with all safety procedures, quality standards, company policies, and customer requirements
- Completing and submitting inspection paperwork
- Identifying and working through the noncomformance of products
- Serving as a positive example for your team
- Participating in additional training to keep expanding your skills and learn different parts of the business

REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years old
- Ability to use equipment and tools like saws, crimpers, forklifts, etc.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical work instructions and documents
- Physical ability to safely lift 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
- Ability to apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing) and use/read tape measures/digital calipers
- Basic computer skills with the ability to type 25 wpm
- Ability to balance priorities, work with a sense of urgency, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate with other teams
- Willingness to learn and follow standard company practices
- Forklift certification (preferred); we will train if needed!
