What You'll Do
As a Retail Management Trainee, you'll be the "Floor Manager" and the face of our store. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the team: Recruit, train, and mentor your fellow associates.
- Providing exceptional customer service: Actively walk the sales floor, help customers, and ensure your team is providing world-class service.
- Managing store operations: Oversee daily operations, maintain product inventory, and ensure the store meets company merchandising standards.
- Staying on top of trends: Keep up with DIY and home improvement trends to better serve our customers.
