Valtronics Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Drafter/CAD Technician in Ravenswood, WV. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience with an industry leader that provides fabrication services of engineered measurement and control systems for the custody transfer of natural gas and natural gas liquids, specializing in complete metering and analysis solutions.
As a Drafter you would be expected to:
Utilize CAD to do the following:
- Analyzer Shelter interior & exterior detailed drawings
- Electrical drawings
- Piping & Instrumentation drawings
- Conduit Schedules
- Bill of Materials
- Meter run details
- Assembly drawings
In addition, the drafter will:
- Work with other department personnel to obtain and verify information needed to produce detailed drawings
- Create and update drawings manually and through use of computer aided drafting system
- Report daily to the Murraysville/Ravenswood WV facility
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Work in fast paced environment
- Work in a multi-functional team setting
Qualifications
- AutoCAD drafting skills
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of progressive experience
- Capable of making revisions to redlined drawings
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of basic electrical wiring a plus but not required
- Accuracy
- Reliability
