Growing financial planning firm is looking for a pleasant and intelligent professional to assist with various office responsibilities including answering the phone, greeting clients and assisting with compliance and administrative duties. Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent secretarial and computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Office).
Exceptional attention to detail is an absolute must as well as a commitment to always maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity. Ability to be adaptable, work independently and at times, under pressure to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance and demeanor. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9-5, remoting is not an option and candidate must be content working in a small and quiet office with only four coworkers.
