Preschool - Teacher Montessori

The Preschool Montessori Teacher plans and delivers developmentally appropriate Montessori lessons, fosters an organized and engaging classroom environment, and supports each child’s growth through careful observation, individualized guidance, and consistent communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare Montessori lessons appropriate to preschool learners.
• Provide Montessori instruction that supports children’s developmental needs.
• Observe children to understand their progress, interests, and learning needs.
• Maintain a well-managed, respectful, and supportive classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s development and classroom experiences.
• Document and track children’s progress.
• Organize and maintain the classroom and Montessori materials.
