House Manager / Personal Assistant –Valparaiso, Indiana
My husband and I are looking for someone to help run our household so we can spend less of our free time on housekeeping, errands and to-do lists. Our kids are grown and out of the house, so there's no childcare involved. We do have two friendly dogs, and they're a big part of our lives. You need to genuinely love dogs.
The job is a mix of housekeeping and keeping our personal lives running smoothly. A typical week might include:
- Keeping the house clean and organized
- Laundry
- Grocery shopping and running errands
- Scheduling and meeting service people (repairs, lawn care, deliveries, etc.)
- Helping with the dogs as needed
- Whatever else comes up that we need a hand with
We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and can work without being told every step. Confidentiality and discretion are imperative to us, since you'll be in our home and handling personal matters.
Details:
- Schedule: 15-25 hours a week
- Pay: $22-$27
- Reliable car, valid driver's license, and clean driving record required
- Background check required
- Experience preferred, but not required
