Job Overview

We are seeking a fully licensed, compassionate, and experienced therapist to provide quality therapeutic services to children, youth, and families. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a commitment to improving mental health outcomes, and the ability to support individuals navigating trauma, behavioral health challenges, and complex life circumstances.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications:

• $40–$50 per hour for fully licensed therapists.
• $50–$60 per hour for experienced therapists with strong expertise in child therapy and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to children, youth, and families based on individual needs.
• Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans and therapeutic goals.
• Apply evidence-based interventions to address trauma, behavioral health concerns, emotional regulation, and related challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, treatment records, and progress notes.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable ethical and clinical standards.
• Support a safe, compassionate, and client-centered therapeutic environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must hold an active, full, independent clinical license in Utah as one of the following:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC)
• Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Demonstrated clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services.
• Strong communication, assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children, youth, families, and individuals with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and trauma-informed care.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional licensing and ethical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience working with children and adolescents.
• Strong expertise in trauma-informed therapy and childhood trauma.
• Experience supporting clients with complex behavioral health needs.
• Additional specialized training in trauma-focused therapeutic approaches.
