Job Description
Are you confident, people-focused, and motivated to grow in a customer-facing sales role? We are hiring Brand Sales Associates to work inside partnered retail locations, helping customers learn about Primo Water products and choose solutions that fit their needs.
This is a full-time, in-person position offering base pay commission, with full training provided. No prior sales experience is required.
About the Role
As a Brand Sales Associate, you will represent Primo Water through face-to-face interactions with customers inside retail stores. Your focus will be on product education, answering questions, and guiding customers through available dispenser and refill/exchange options while maintaining a professional in-store presence.

What You'll Do
- Engage with customers inside retail locations
- Share information about Primo Water dispensers and refill/exchange programs
- Build rapport and understand customer needs
- Recommend appropriate product options
- Assist with basic order steps and customer documentation
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to reach daily goals
