Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a welcoming tone
- Suggest appropriate products and services
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Be aware of current promotions and features
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills
- Must be 18 years or older
