JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re hiring Roof Sales Representatives to generate new business by helping homeowners navigate storm restoration claims, offering premium roofing solutions, and building long-term client relationships. This is a field-based position with both canvassing and appointment-based sales opportunities.
COMPENSATION:
- Uncapped commission-based pay structure
- Performance-based bonuses
- Weekly team incentives and company recognition
- Average first-year earnings: $75,000–$120,000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Canvass neighborhoods and attend scheduled appointments
- Conduct roof inspections and educate homeowners on their options
- Assist clients with insurance claim processes
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with inspectors, project managers, and production team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and coachable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Professional appearance required (no facial tattoos or excessive piercings)
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking on roofs
- Prior experience in roofing or construction sales is helpful but not required
