We are looking for someone who takes pride in supporting others and has a genuine passion for helping people succeed, to join our growing HR Team.
The Human Resources Assistant will partner closely with the HR coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes that deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and employees. They will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the HR Team, helping the team stay organized and on top of various tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Ability to perform the following duties along with any other duties as requested by the HR Coordinator.
Recruitment
- Conduct phone screenings and aid in evaluating candidates for open positions by screening resumes and job applications.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR coordinator.
- Assist in the offer stage by preparing and sending offer letters and providing support to candidates during the background check process.
Onboarding
- Prepare and ensure proper completion of new hire paperwork.
- Coordinate with other members of the team to conduct new employee orientation sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hire inquiries.
Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, ensuring confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
- Create and maintain an organized file system and employee database for the HR team.
Benefits Administration
- Manage benefits and compensation documentation.
- Support payroll by completing ad-hoc tasks, such as recording employee sick leave and time off.
Required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak over the phone.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to commute to the Atlanta area
- Experience in payroll & benefits administration is a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
