Duties
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and safety compliance
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, equipment history, and spare parts inventory
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical (including high voltage and low voltage systems), and pneumatic systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools
- Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, installations of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, and facility improvements
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols by conducting regular inspections of electrical panels, high voltage areas, and machinery to prevent hazards
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime by scheduling maintenance activities efficiently without disrupting operations
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, incident reports, and compliance documentation in accordance with industry standards
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience leading a maintenance team within an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance practices
- Strong electrical experience including troubleshooting high voltage and low voltage systems using schematics and testing tools like ohmmeters
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, HVAC systems, and facilities management principles
- Demonstrated project management skills for handling equipment upgrades or facility projects from planning through execution
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to electrical work, high voltage areas, and general industrial environments
