Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property & Retail Brand Compliance Manager to support retail site performance, brand compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both fieldwork and administrative oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Identify and resolve operational and compliance issues quickly
- Manage fuel pricing, dealer commissions, and related financial tracking
- Maintain Dealer Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and ensure timely renewals
- Oversee property records, leases, and asset condition (Monday.com)
- Coordinate maintenance needs with vendors and internal teams
- Track and report on compliance, financial performance, and site conditions
- Communicate regularly with dealers, sales team, and leadership
- Manage inventory and distribution of branded materials and supplies
Requirements
- Experience in fuel distribution, retail operations, compliance, or dealer network management preferred
- Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, commission structures, and margin management
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a highly field-based role with extensive travel (up to 95%)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with operational and reporting tools (e.g., Zenput, Monday.com) strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
