Role Description
We are seeking a Client Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will actively manage client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and support account management initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their unique insurance needs, recommending tailored coverage solutions, conducting sales activities to expand the client base, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong customer satisfaction and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in account management and client interaction
- Proficiency in sales and consulting within the insurance or related industry
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- P&C and L&H License required or ability to obtain.
Income:
- Income will vary based on prior experience, production, etc. Year one income range is likely $45,000 - $70,000.
