Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs, including medication administration, IV infusion, tube feeding, wound care, and catheter management.
- Manage complex cases involving chronic conditions like dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and memory care needs.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge planning, case management, and collaboration on treatment strategies.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain infection control standards and aseptic techniques during all procedures.
Skills
- Proficiency in advanced nursing procedures such as airway management, ventilator support, PICU care, neonatal ventilator management, and spinal tap procedures.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology for medication administration including injections and IV insertion.
- Excellent patient assessment skills with a focus on physiology knowledge and health coaching capabilities.
- Skilled in infection control practices and sterile processing procedures to ensure patient safety.
- Bilingual Candidates Highly encouraged
