is remote, employees are expected to treat it as an on-site workday,

remaining fully focused throughout their scheduled shift except for

assigned breaks. This is not a flexible role that allows for managing

personal or household tasks during work hours.***

Were looking for friendly, customer-focused bilingual representatives to

make outbound calls to schedule medical appointments. This is a**remote

call-center role**supporting Medicare and Medicaid members.

Job duties consist of meeting and exceeding daily appointment setting

goals.

**What Youll Do**

• Make outbound calls using an auto-dialer
• Explain and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
• Follow provided call scripts and answer member questions with care
• Meet daily call and appointment goals
• Update appointments and document interactions accurately
• Work respectfully with members, providers, and internal teams
